Why We're Doing This

High quality LED light sources are an effective way for Californians to reduce their carbon foot print, reduce energy use and save money!

We formed the Million LED Challenge to make high-quality, high-efficiency light bulbs available at a great price.

We have developed educational resources to help you understand your options and support your next lighting purchase. Students, staff, faculty, alumni and retirees of the collaborative partners can purchase light bulbs here. This is a secure process and has been established in support of the Million LED Challenge!
